Welcome to Teen Health & Wellness created for middle and high schoolers, and those that love them, Teen Health & Wellness provides up-to-date, nonjudgmental, curricular, and self-help support. In this session you will learn why School Library Journal calls THW "Ground-breaking. Authoritative." We will explore why THW is a go to for SEL and Health classes, and inquiry-based learning. You will learn how to use the Calm Room—a curated collection of videos, sounds, and resources to help you, your students, and colleagues, relax and refocus. You'll leave knowing how THW encourages empathy with teen voices with teen published stories and videos on depression, stress, bullying, drugs & alcohol, gender identity. And how it can be a Montana community resource with custom Hotlines. And there will be therapy pets for your school and library. Prepare to be amazed.
