Speaker Bio
Rachel graduated from MSU-Billings with degrees in special education and English. She has a Master's in English Language Learners from Western Governors University. She has taught in the People's Republic of China, Alaska and Montana. She has taught in special education for 11 years. In Fall 2022, she began her new job as the 6-12 Instructional Coach for English Language Learners in Billings Public Schools.
She loves most introverted hobbies (reading books, watching movies, traveling, jamming to music, book journaling, etc) and spending time with her friends, family and her fur child (AKA my dog), Poppy. Also, she is attempting to learn Spanish and to do punch needle embroidery.
She has served as a building representative and on the Billings Education Association Board of Directors as High School Director.
