Ruth Ferris and Kathi Hoyt, retired School District librarians, have been long-time IEFA facilitators/presenters for the Montana Regional Education Service Area III (MRESA3). The two of them bring a wealth of knowledge, classroom experience, and creative resources to share with participants. They have led workshops across Montana and beyond.
