Kathy has taught high school English for 33 years in Montana and Idaho. She has a Master's Degree in English Education with a writing emphasis and has held National Board Certification for 19 years. She has a strong background in curriculum, serving on Montana's Common Core Curriculum review team. She has also served as the English teacher representative on several book challenge committees .
