I have worked as a fifth and sixth-grade Social Studies Teacher for six years. I have also worked as a Health and Physical Education teacher, Athletic Director, and basketball coach. I am passionate about history, primary sources, and teaching, especially when finding cool projects or methods to help teach students about the world and its many cultures and peoples. I am currently an Elementary Teacher Leader with the Montana Historical Society and have been working on developing Social Studies resources, lessons, and materials for K-3 teachers. One of my proudest achievements has been winning my school's Christmas movie trivia contest.
