I have presented my universal teaching and Learning Theory in Europe, Canada and several states within our country. As an experienced District School Psychologist, Director of Daytona State College’s first Educator Preparation Institute (EPI) and Behavioral Sciences Professor I have discerned how Pk - 20 students “hang on” to new information and the issues that impede transfer of new learning.
