Help! I Teach at a Rural School and am Drowning!
Description
Are you the only teacher at a rural school, or one of a few? Join this session, and let's help each other out! I taught a K-2 combo class for four years, along with K-8 music and K-8 German. This course will focus on helping new rural school teachers trouble shoot any problems they are having in the classroom, whether it be with behavior management, curriculum design, lesson planning, or managing several grades at once. If there it time, we'll work on developing whole-class differentiated lessons and stations to effectively meet the needs of all students in a K-8 combo class.
