Name
Communities and Connections: IEFA in the World Language Classroom
Description

In the world language classroom, we can seamlessly explore, celebrate, and connect to the rich diversity of Montana cultures and communities alongside the study of target language cultures. This session will share example units, resources, and activities that are adaptable for all target languages and skill levels. Bring your own ideas and resources to share and contribute to a meaningful discussion of approach and good practices. Implementing these techniques can increase a sense of belonging, ownership, inclusivity, and pride for all students as they learn how to share about their own culture, other Montana cultures, and the target language cultures.
