EconoQuest is a ground-breaking international economic literacy program that excites high school students about real-world economics and career opportunities. The program fills a gap in statewide economic education and explores college-to-career pathways with Montana industries with a unique opportunity to engage with local companies and government leaders about economics, international trade, and workforce development. By participating, Montana students will understand basic economic theory, Montana's connection to the world, the impact of global dynamics on our economy, and engage students in career pathways in various industries. In August 2024, the Council launched a virtual platform of EconoQuest designed for middle schools. EconoQuest Conference is in partnership with Montana Photonics and Quantum Alliance, Museum of the Rockies, Montana Department of Commerce, Montana Department of Agriculture, Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, Inspired Classroom, Montana World Trade Center and Montana State University.
