Description
Are you within 3-5 years of retiring? Are you unsure how to start the process with TRS? Never fear! In this session, an experienced TRS benefit officer will review each step and help you understand a few decisions you'll need to make in your final teaching years before you apply for your hard-earned TRS retirement benefit. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and you'll leave this session with a checklist as well as phone numbers and email addresses so you can contact a TRS staff person anytime you have questions.
