Description
This session will provide a chance for K-5 teachers to unpack the 2021 Montana Social Studies standards and see how they align to the Inquiry Design Model. Then we will explore resources for elementary social studies teachers, including but not limited to, the book "Unpack Your Impact" by Naomi O'Brien and Lanesha Tabb, as well as resources from the Montana Historical Society, National History Day, and the C3 Teachers. Elementary teachers are social studies teachers! Come to this session to network and acquire resources.
