Description
This will be a brief presentation by 3 educators who have transitioned to running for office at the local-school board, city council or other, state or federal level. The goal is to present decision-making processes, experience with running or in office and providing encouragement to others to run. The brief presentation will be 30 minutes followed by a panel with the presenters and another panelist. The additional panelist would introduce themselves and their role in education and/or politics and then the session would be open for Q and A for the final 20 minutes.
