Tad is currently a middle school teacher at Sacajawea Middle School in Bozeman. He has been an educator for over three decades with half of those years in experiential outdoor education. One of his passions is to ignite the wonder of learning through the power of music. Tad was mentored by the Banana Slug String Band (the Godfathers of Outdoor Education) in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California where a variety scientific concepts are brought to life by songs captivating auditory and kinesthetic learners. He has previous presented at state educator conferences in California, Ohio, and Montana.
