Natalee graduated from the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and earned an MA from the University of Colorado in Linguistically and Culturally Diverse Curriculum and Instruction.
Over the past 20 years, Natalee has taught elementary grade levels in both urban and rural settings. In her home state of Montana, she served as the Title III Director and Indian Education Specialist which infused her passion combining culturally responsive instructional strategies with authentic student practice to improve outcomes for all students. Currently, she supports all Montana schools to effectively implement DreamBox reading and math adaptive programs.
