Fenqjen Luo is a mathematics educator and holds a Ph.D. in Math Education from the University of Texas at Texas. As a faculty at Montana State University, she is primarily responsible for teaching elementary (K-8) math methods and fundamental educational statistics courses for pre- and in-service teachers.
