Rebecca originates from Australia with a Bachelor's and Master's in Criminology, a Bachelors in Secondary Education - Social Studies Broadfield, an extensive public service background, and 10 years as an ESL specialist in Japan, predominately in Junior High Schools, but spanning the gamut of age and ability. She has experience in curriculum and syllabus creation, community ambassadorship, and speaks Japanese. As a recent immigrant, she is working with NEA both at the local, state, and national level as an Aspiring Educator. On a casual level, she is an avid gamer, reader, and crocheter, with a healthy dose of metal-head mixed in.
