After 15 years of being a middle school classroom teacher, Virg Hale became an Ambassador for the EdReady Montana program in 2014. Now as the Lead Ambassador, she provides professional development for schools and programs across the state. She believes that EdReady Montana is an outstanding program that over 600 schools and programs across MT have utilized for their students and thoroughly enjoys working with dedicated educators so they can take advantage of this no cost program that is funded by the Washington Foundation. Hale lives in Dillon, MT where she enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
