Dr. Donna Bulatowicz is the immediate past chair of the Charlotte Huck Award for Outstanding Fiction for Children and the immediate past president of the Montana Association of Teachers of English Language Arts. She has 23 years of teaching experience. She taught 3rd-7th grades and undergraduate and graduate education. Her areas of expertise include elementary education, reading, inclusive children's literature, educational experiences of minoritized groups, and sexual abuse education, prevention, impacts, and healing.
