Heather Torrence, MA, is the Marketing Coordinator/Researcher with the Western Heritage Center in Billings, MT. With a background in community education and cultural interpretation, Heather is eager to share WHC resources, knowledge, and tools with Montana’s K-12 teachers, along with some of her own research. Heather was raised in Sidney, MT as a teacher’s kid and has worked collaboratively with public school educators in several past professional positions. Heather also does freelance training and writing on a wide range of organizational development topics.
