The presentation offers a conversational approach to defining mental health and includes guidance on starting a conversation about mental health and engaging in self-care. If your School is currently presenting SOS (Signs of Suicide) to your middle school and high school students, this is an excellent alternative for every other year so that the students have different conversations around the same topic.
