Description
Teachers in grades K-12 will have the opportunity to conduct hands-on activities with the Project Learning Tree - Explore your Environment guide. Using Giant Springs State Park as our backdrop, we will demonstrate place-based applications for math, science, and language arts. For 50 years, Project Learning Tree has provided activities and resources to engage students in learning about the environment through the lens of trees and forests. All participants in this session will receive the Explore your Environment guide.
