Bozeman Trail: Conflict on the Frontier and Other Simulations
Description
Ever wish you had a one class period-jump right in-game for your students to play? Something that does not require much prep or time to plan? Join me with "Bozeman Trail: Conflict on the Frontier" simulation game (similar to Oregon Trail or Crossing the Atlantic) where you can pick your character, your side and experience the time period of Red Cloud's War/Bozeman Trail to see if your group will be successful or not. This game was created by me through a course with the Center of the West and hits Social Studies 6-8 and 9-12 standards. I will also share other "games" that can be easy to use for Geography and History classes where some are for free, others to buy from Teachers Pay Teachers (but have used them in my classes).
