This presentation explores how positive education tools, including character strengths identification, social connection practices, active listening strategies, and growth and resilience can be intentionally integrated into high school settings to support students' leadership development and career readiness. Drawing on the principles of positive education, this session highlights practical tools and strategies that educators and school administrators can readily apply in their classrooms and school communities. Participants will explore how fostering a strengths-based culture not only empowers students to lead with confidence and purpose, but also enriches the professional practice and wellbeing of educators themselves. By the end of this session, attendees will leave with tools to cultivate social connection, strengthen character, and nurture the next generation of compassionate leaders.
