Using Phenomenon and Inquiry In Science Lab Experiences
Description
As science teachers, have we killed the wonder of science? Do we allow students to be scientists, or do we just force them to follow procedures to find results that they have already learned? This session is designed to introduce an effective and structured way to implement inquiry into science experiences for students. The "lab experiences" also incorporate elements of the 3 dimensions of scientific learning that are outlined in the Next Generation Science Standards.
