This session introduces educators to Gemini Notebook as a practical, grounded AI tool available at no cost within Google Workspace for Education to support the day-to-day demands of K–12 teaching and learning. Participants will explore how it can enhance instructional planning, including differentiating materials, synthesizing sources into accessible content, and streamlining communication with students and families. The tool also aids administrative tasks such as updating handbooks, summarizing policies, and organizing documents. Designed for educators across grade levels and roles, the session emphasizes real-world use cases and includes hands-on opportunities to apply Gemini Notebook to participants’ own classroom materials and workflows. It also addresses student data privacy, covering FERPA considerations and responsible use in school settings. Participants will leave with concrete strategies for integrating the tool into their daily work.
