Explore Israelite society in the context of ancient Mesopotamian and Egyptian civilizations and develop a fuller picture of its role in the ancient world through focusing on daily life, religion, law and literature of ancient Israel, lasting contributions to the Western world, and the development of Judaism as we know it today. Participants will explore free interactive, digital activities and leave with classroom-ready lessons and resources. This session is ideal for teachers of ancient civilization, world history, and world religions.
