Curriculum Differentiation for Gifted Students
Description
In this session I want to encourage fellow educators to integrate a few simple differentiations into their curriculums to try and meet the needs of gifted learners without sacrificing classroom cohesion. Often times, gifted learners are offered no advancement opportunities or are offered opportunities that take them out of the general classroom. This is at no fault of their teachers and educators. We simply don't talk enough about how curriculums can be strategically altered to support advanced learners, which is why I want to use this session to brainstorm and discuss opportunities for these students.
