Description
Building intrinsic motivation requires creating an environment that allows students to grow and fail safely. The 5 Rule system I have created has helped students across the globe and can be applied in all social settings that need structure. In this session you will learn what 5 Rules I have used consistently, how they were developed, and their effectiveness. Additionally you will garner tools and understanding to create your own 5 Rule System that will help you create an intrinsically motivated classroom, or other environment.
