Session 1: BPS PLC: The What and Why What is a Professional Learning Community Why Implement a Professional Learning Community? This session provides participants an overview of Billings Public Schools’ journey to implement and refine the Professional Learning Community K-12. This sectional breaks the PLC process into bite-sized sections participants will be able to adapt and adjust for their learning community. Session one is centered around the four Professional Learning Community questions and a focus on data-based decisions. Join us for a part 2 for a Q&A with our PLC partners.
