Lindsey Bailey is the Education Network Director at Population Connection. She holds a B.A. in Sociology as well as a M.A.T. in Elementary Education, both from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Population Education’s staff in 2011, Lindsey was an elementary teacher in Charlottesville, VA. She is responsible for coordinating Population Education workshops in the Upper Midwest and West, as well as Canada. She has presented over 400 teacher education workshops nationwide, and has presented webinars for university education classes and for Population Education’s teacher network. She has also helped to design and administer a graduate level course for middle and high school science and social studies teachers, and has been the project manager for several curriculum sets for different grade levels.
