Sabra Williams
Speaker Bio
Sabra Williams grew up in rural Africa, only to spend her adult life in increasingly chilly climes. She has been teaching, consulting, tutoring, and volunteering in schools for the past fourteen years in four countries on three continents. Her activities have included developing curriculum, training educators, and assisting with every demographic of students — and their families — from the preK to graduate levels. In the past six years as a school counselor, Sabra has worked in suburban Michigan, rural Native Alaskan villages, and (her new favorite spot) the Flathead Reservation in Western Montana. She served on the Board for the Alaska School Counselor Association; she is currently on the Montana School Counselor Association Board and chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
